Certified valuation
Every subject on the Register carries a certified valuation, assessed by deterministic survey. The Register prices constituency, not concrete: a modest mini-roundabout at the heart of a town outranks the mightiest gyratory on a lonely A-road. The assessment is itemised below and is not open to negotiation.
Certified against the National Schedule of six classes.
